He gave me space to think about what I really wanted to do. And Mr. Dan Mueller did a great job at answering my questions and concerns. I happened to want to buy my car on Superbowl Sunday a few hours before the game and the whole team was able to get me in and out of there way before kickoff. I came in to order a hard to find light assembly for my Escort ZX2 and was helped by Rich Glavis. He was able to locate it quickly and offered great advice regarding service to get it installed. He was then able to identify that I needed an additional part for assembly to work properly. He was incredibly helpful and up-front, which I greatly appreciated.----I then spoke with Craig Pratt for the actual installation. He was also incredibly helpful in explaining what the installation would entail, as well as a quote for the service to be performed. The price he gave me made me feel like he was really looking out for me and had my best interest in mind. I had no hesitation about having the installation being performed right away on the spot.----Mr. Glavis -parts- and Mr. Pratt -service- were incredibly helpful, professional, and sincere -which you do not get at many dealerships these days-. I would go back to South Bay Ford just to be able to get help from these two specific gentlemen. They are definitely a great asset to this dealership.-----Carlos

I-ve had exceptional, no-pressure care from their sales staff, resulting in the selection of a vehicle that was better suited for me than the one I came in to buy. I-ve also had outstanding service from their well-staffed service department -it-s so sharp that Mike Rowe films some of his Ford commercials there-. ----Also on site are a cafe -for breakfast, lunch, and snacks-, great shoe care service by Henry, and an efficiently-run loaner service. I only wish we could bring our BMW there for service too! Great job by owner Gary Primeaux and his well-trained team. - David White

I just want to say how impressed I am with South Bay Ford, I have to start off by thanking Israel for welcoming me to the dealer as if I was part of the family. As soon as I walked in, and was greeted by him, I realized I was making the right choice in dealership. I was walking into the dealership with an uneasy feeling because I had a budget in mind, with a specific vehicle in mind, and I wanted to make the correct and educated choice. Mr. Israel guided me every step of the way, helping me pick the right vehicle for my family and myself as well as being able to meet my budget, but keeping quality and safety in mind. He even took time out of his day to take each vehicle to my home to show my wife because she wasn-t able to make the trip to the dealership. I appreciate that gesture, because I also wanted her to be a part of this choice and he made that possible. Once we decided what vehicle we wanted, he forwarded me to another employee there named Araceli, whom was extremely helpful in explaining every single detail regarding where my money was going. And in this economy, it is very important to know where you-re spending your money, and why you-re paying what you-re paying. The staff is very professional and helpful. And finally, I-d like to thank the floor manager for extending his help and knowledge and working with me.
